We all know that different people react badly to some foods.

So I suggest we collect al this information and see if a pattern emerges: there must be some foods which annoy lots, and other foods which annoy very few. There are also some foods which actually help.

I did start listing such foods on my www site. But I am not a good person to list them as I fine very few foods I cannot eat.

An inflamed oesophahus is more sensitive - but mine when inflamed seemed less sensitive than most. Or do I just have a high pain threshold? - at first endoscopy the team were astonished that I was not in complete agony with the ulcers I then had.

So if anyone has suggestions of foods to avoid or foods to eat, email them to me (via my www site)and I will see how they all collate.

It could be interesting - and useful to other sufferers.
