How wide is it compared to your bed? If it is the width of the bed I would put it under the mattress. If it's not that wide I would put it on top - but under the sheet.

I've never used one but am keen to hear your feedback

Hi Alan

Sleeping on your front will likely make your reflux worse as it puts pressure on your stomach. It really won't be good for your back either!

If you are able to sleep on your left side that will be best for reflux.

stevie update about my wedge pillow. no longer use it. seemed ok for short period of time but kept slipping. husband raised top of the bed 6 imches. made a,purpose built frame. I was also trying to sleep on left side. but it only caused disturb sleep for me. so now sleep my natural posistion on right side,. and sleeping much better.

I raised my bed 4 inches to see how that would go and its bein going well so im going to raise it to 5 inches for the final fitting of the new legs and i think that will do the job, i dont want the other half sliding out of the bed during the night so 5 inches will do 😂😂😂
